How to manage your account information and subscriptions.

Account Information

1. Create an Account

  • Visit the Sellify sign up page.
  • Fill in your details and submit the form.
  • Select your plan and checkout.

2. Login Procedure for User Dashboard

  • Go to the Sellify login page.
  • Enter your email and password.
  • Click "Login" to access your dashboard.

3. Password Management

  • If you have forgot your password or would like to reset your password head to Forgot Password portal.
  • Enter your account's email address.
  • Follow the steps to successfully reset your password.

Managing Subscriptions

1. Upgrade or Downgrade Plan

  • From your dashboard, go to "Subscription" under "Account Settings."
  • Select the new plan and confirm the change.

2. Update Payment Information

  • In your dashboard, navigate to "Subscription" > "Billing or Payment Methods."
  • Enter your new payment details and save changes.

3. View Billing History

  • Access the "Invoices" section from your dashboard under "Subscription."
  • Review past invoices and transactions.

4. Cancel Subscription

  • In your dashboard, go to "Subscription."
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
